Privacy Policy

Your information is yours. We collect only what we need to support your wellness journey, and we protect it with care.

What we collect

We collect the information you provide directly — such as your name, email, and the details you choose to share in your Wellness Blueprint™. We also collect limited technical information needed to operate the platform securely.

  • Account and contact details
  • Wellness Blueprint responses you choose to complete
  • Booking and session history
  • Form submissions (e.g. founding member, contact, practitioner interest)

How we use it

We use your information to provide your sessions, personalize your experience, manage your membership, and respond to your inquiries. We do not sell your personal information.

What your practitioner sees

Your practitioner sees only what you choose to share. You control your sharing preferences, and nothing is shared without your explicit consent. You can update your preferences at any time.

Sensitive information

Sensitive health details are collected only within the secure member portal after you create your account — never on public forms. Please do not include sensitive health information in public contact or application forms.

Data retention & your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or permanent deletion of your personal information. Signed-in members can start account deletion directly under Profile → Delete account; contacting support is not required to initiate the request.

Personal wellness data is removed during fulfillment. Signed waivers, payment records, and business records may be retained only when required for legal, safety, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations, and are separated from the active account wherever possible.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
